Unless otherwise posted, Planning Board Meetings are held the 4th Monday of each month beginning at 6pm at the Ellicottville Town Center, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, N.Y. 14731.
The submission deadline for Planning Board applications is 3 weeks prior to the Board meeting. Late submissions will be reviewed the following month. A complete submission includes a Zoning Permit first reviewed by the Zoning Official for compliance with the Town's Zoning Laws. Agendas are posted approximately 1 week prior to the meeting. Materials being reviewed by the Planning Board will be posted prior to the meeting. Contact the Planning Department with any questions. |
