Unless otherwise posted, Zoning Board of Appeals meetings are held the 1st Thursday of each month beginning at 6pm at the Ellicottville Town Center, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, N.Y. 14731.
The submission deadline for Zoning Board of Appeals applications is 3 weeks prior to the Board meeting. Late submissions will be reviewed the following month. A complete submission includes a Zoning Permit first reviewed by the Zoning Official for compliance with the Town's Zoning Laws. Agendas are posted approximately 1 week prior to the meeting. Materials being reviewed by the Zoning Board of Appeals will be posted prior to the meeting. |
